RETURN & EXCHANGE

Exchange Policy

Hey Cuzzies apologise if we had sent you a defective or incorrect item. This Exchange Policy is only applicable for merchandises purchased on our Website. Any merchandises purchased through third parties are not secured by this Exchange Policy.
Exchanges are only allowed when you have received (i) an incorrect merchandise, or (ii) a defective merchandise. Requests for exchanges other than the above reasons will not be entertained.

Regardless of the reason of the request for exchanges, exchanges are allowed only if the merchandise in concern is (i) unworn, (ii) unwashed and in a (iii) brand new and saleable condition. Requests for exchanges will be rejected if any of the above criteria is not met.

Please contact our Customer Care Officer within 10 working days from when the merchandise was dispatched to request for an exchange. You are provided a 10-working day window after the item is mailed to you to alert us of defective item. After this window expires, it is deemed that your order is well received in good condition.

All exchanges are assessed on a case-by-case basis and we reserve the right to exercise discretion in permitting or rejecting all requests for exchanges.

PROCEDURE FOR EXCHANGES

Please email our Customer Care Team at heycuzzies@gmail.com with the email titled “Defective / Incorrect Merchandise Received”. Together with this e-mail, please provide us with your Invoice Number and a clear snapshot of the mailing envelope (with the mailing label and postage stamps in view) together with the incorrect merchandise received and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Once an exchange has been approved, customers will have to return to return the merchandise to us via Registered Mail. The customer will need to provide us with the Registered Article Number (RA No.) in order to enable us to track the location of the parcel. ShopYbf will not proceed on with the return if the parcel does not reach us and are not liable for loss mails sent via normal mail.

Hey Cuzzies will reimburse postage incurred for defected/incorrect item(s) sent to you. All exchanges will be done via mailing only. For more information, please check out Hey Cuzzies' Terms & Conditions here.

All returns are final. If you would like to purchase the item(s) again, you will have to purchase it directly from our website.
